I am a PhD Researcher based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with over 14 years of experience across research institutes (EKETA/ITI), industry, and higher education. My work focuses on Open Government Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration, combining strong technical expertise with an in-depth understanding of governmental processes and citizen engagement. I have authored more than 35 publications in these fields and have actively contributed to over 15 European-funded and national research projects.
